Pedagoog is an online pedagogical library that provides staff in primary and secondary education with on-demand access to thousands of carefully selected, curated and frequently updated articles, courses and resources to support a truly ‘continuous’ approach to professional development. Teachers can rate different articles, personalise, organise and share their research with colleagues.

Research and conceptualisation

Identifying the need

Schools need a cost-effective, accessible digital solution to support continuous learning. Pedagoog aims to address the limitations of traditional CPD methods in education, such as whole staff inset, which lack personalisation and follow-up.

Developing the concept

I collaborated with teachers to conceptualise an online library tailored for primary and secondary schools, providing on-demand access to a vast array of educational resources, courses, and articles.

Pedagoog was an Innovate UK winner in Sustainable Innovation, and achieved recognition at the Bett Education Technology Awards 2022 in the Leadership & Management Solutions category, underlining the app's impact and innovation in educational technology.
